Job Description : QUALITY MANAGER PWC GHANA 15+ years experience · o 1. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. o 2. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. o 3. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. o 4. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. o 5. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. o 6. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors. o 7. Ensuring smooth inspection of Third parties o 8. Ensuring certifications of BIS / ISO/ ISO 14001/ OSHAS 18001 and others are in placed in the Plants o 9. Ensure Test Facility Development as per IS/ASTM/BSNL in the Plants Partner with business and functional leaders to effectively implement the QA plan Desired Candidate Profile For product quality & customer satisfaction, product certification & approval as well quality assurance plan, quality management system
