Job Description : CEO for Power Business Vertical Reputed Group company @ Hyderabd A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:¨ To be overall business vertical head for Power Business of Group. ¨ Responsible for P&L of the Power business vertical ¨ Manage the operations and performance of all the PowerPlants in the Group, located at Telangana and Odisha. ¨ Overseeing the O&M and Tech support services provided bythe Company for other Power plants. ¨ Ensuring timely decision for optimum power generation,revenue maximization and expense controlling for all the Power plants. B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:¨ Heading the Power business vertical of the Company as awhole¨ Tariff review and cost control for all the Power plants¨ Decision making on power plant operations, maintenance,shutdown etc.¨ Responsible for overall management of procurement of coaland other material, contracts, AMCs required by various power plants¨ Customer and Vendor Management, analysis, and alternate developments¨ Optimization of Costs & Resources C. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: ¨ B.E/ (Mechanical / Electrical) & PG in Management withover 25 years of experience in Power Plant Operations and over 10 years’experience in heading the overall Power plant operations for largecorporations. ¨ Experience in handling senior managerial personnel andreporting to CEO and/or Board of Directors.
