Job Description : Production Head Work Location- Ahmedabad Experience –18-26 years Qualification –B.E./B.Tech/Diploma. Job Responsibility- Experience about Vehicle & Engine assembly Effective utilization of resources like man, machine and material for Assembly. New line production ramp up and work on Zero ABCD (accident Breakdown cost defects). Monitoring hourly production, loss time data & defect rate to improve the OEE as per the TPM methodology. Conducting internal audits, IATF audit, Process audit and ISO ,verification of effectiveness of the implemented system. Knowledge GPD, PFMFA, CP, PFD, SOP, KAIZEN, MURI, MURA, etc.
