Job Description : PLANT HEAD TANZANIA Roles and Responsibilities • The incumbent would head the complete commissioning and operations of the unit • The key responsibility would be to ensure complete adherence to HSE, Legal etc. • Responsible for reconditioning, refurbishment and operationalizing of the beneficiation plant • Project design review, suggestions for changes in design and construction which reduces the project cost and time • Procurement planning and execution • Audit for facilities, equipment • Ensure smooth commissioning at optimal time and cost. • Post commissioning, would be leading operations and ensure quick turnaround • We invite applications from BE/BTech with 18-25 years of experience (age around 40-45 yrs) Desired profile of the candidate: Qualifications: • BE/B.Tech in Mineral Processing/Metallurgical Engineering are preferred however Mechanical Engineers with relevant experience in the said field can be considered based on previous experience • Thorough knowledge of iron ore beneficiation system and pellet plants and should have operational expertise in beneficiation and pellet plant • Desired experience of +20 years • Should have around 5 years work experience in Business Development, construction and commissioning or must have executed similar project • Should have last worked as Project Head/Dy. Project Head in iron ore sector beneficiation/pellet plants for minimum 3 years
