Job Description : Manager- Tool Room KENYA Experience Required:- 10-15 Years Age Group- 35-40 years Technical Qualification:- DPMT OR B.Tech/Diploma in Tool & Die Technology/Mechanical Engineering. Job Summary:- - A Team leader, handle the manpower and utilize them in required stages to achieve the production target in Tool-Room - Process planning, make process chart & machining planning of all parts. Handle all machines & operators in tool shop and material movement to all stages and follow the job movement to complete the job on time. - Knowledge of reverse engineering and utilize when in necessary. - Making all ISO documents and MIS reports as per requirement. - And 5S, Kaizen in tool shop floor and training to operators. Deliverables:- - Required expertise in Injection Moulding mould. - Proficient in Plastic mould design, fabrication, development, testing and validation
