Senior Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : Sr. Manager Supply Chain for MNC at Pune location Qualifications BE - Mech Experience Profile 16+ yrs post qualification experience. Reporting to General Manager Supply ChainOperational experience in Supply Chain in a similar size, or larger manufacturing organization (min.100cr), automotive and /or T1 automotive supplier. Must have strong exposure to commodities, Iron castings, Aluminium Castings, Turned Parts, Gears, Sinters, Plastic, Rubber items Must be familiar with import / logistics processes with exposure to freight forwarding, customs formalities. Ability to effectively manage Material Stores, Inventories, Stock control Experience in Vendor development, vendor engineering to ensure stable and smooth flow of material Experience in New product development, product zero based costing, supplier negotiations, timely execution of projects. Strong experience in cost reduction, creating new ideas for savings, VAVE initiatives to reduce costs Experience in budgeting / forecasting for SCM Function.
