Deputy General Manager

Job Description : Head (DGM) - Engg & Automation for a large Indian Auto-ancillary Group manufacturing a wide range of components for global automobile OEMs. Key Responsibilities are: 1) Understanding the drawing and product requirements. 2) Process planning for melting, die casting, Fettling. Material handling, Heat treatment. 3) Facilities planning for Melting, Casting & Post casting process (Trimming). 4) Equipment and supplier selection for Melting, Casting & post casting facilities. 5) Cell layout preparation. 6) Installation and commissioning of facilities. 7) Conducting casting trial with intended design parameters for initial casting trial 8) Optimization of process parameters to attain desired output and quality target. 9) Sign-off with production team with planned QCD targets. 10) Casting process document preparation. 11) Knowledge on low-cost automation for casting/post casting/machining. 12) Able to select equipments/Supplier and complete execution of low-cost automation projects. The candidate should be BE/Dip in Mech/Production Engineering, having 15-20 years of total experience. Must have excellent technical knowledge and good leadership qualities. Location is Delhi/NCR and Compensation is attractive.
