General Manager

Job Description : GM - Corporate Finance with a reputed Indian organization (Soon to be listed), based out of Mumbai. Looking for individuals (Preferably CFA / MBA Finance) with 12-15 years of experience in M&A due diligences, business analysis and financial modeling. You will be responsible for number crunching for assessing and evaluating inorganic growth strategies and will work closely with the CFO for investor relations and special projects. Individuals from M&A advisory / consulting firms would be highly preferred.
