Job Description : Assistant Manager Production - Injection Molding INDONESIA Job purpose Responsible for leadership, delivery, quality and cost of the Moulding Production. Successful candidates must be able to effectively run a relatively new start-up factory (manufacturing COT – Corrugated tube). Corrugated tube used to provide protection to a wire harness. Position is based at Indonesia. Prerequisites Relevant Degree/Diploma. Minimum 10 years hands-on managerial experience in plastic injection moulding. Strong knowledge of machine parameters, material properties, mould & machine maintenance. Experience in custom moulding of automotive components preferred. Skillful in trouble-shooting and resolving process issues. Good knowledge of ISO, SPC and other quality systems ERP knowledge will be advantageous, but not compulsory
