Job Description : MAINTENANCE IN CHARGE NIGERIA FOR PLASTIC INDUSTRY Co. to be based at Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa mfg. a large verity of Product range consists of garden furniture, thermoware, and household items. Household items like buckets, basins, trolleys etc... Molded garden furniture like chairs, tables, trolleys with wheels etc. Co. consistently maintained excellent growth rate over the years. The company is known for the quality of the products and commands. Diploma/ Degree in Electrical engineering. Experience: Candidate should have 8+years of experience years hands on experience in the Injection molding / Blow molding plant as in Maintenance position. Roles and Responsibilities: · The person must have thorough knowledge in Injection, Blow & roto molding. (Especially Jonwai and CLF, Jagmohan blow machine and tongda blow machines). · The person should have thorough knowledge in PU machines (Elastoform). The person should have knowledge on Hot stamping machines.. · The person should have knowledge in Overhead crane & Utility maintenance. Must have Good knowledge of breakdown & preventive maintenance of Injection/ blow molding Machine & Ancillary equipment. · Must have Good knowledge of Hydraulic, Electrical & Electronics maintenance of Injection Molding & Blow molding machines. · Effective day to day management of the PM system and preparation work schedules for Maintenance personnel to optimize equipment uptime and to ensure that equipment is maintained in good condition at all times. · Preferable having experience in the casserole & Cooler production industry. · To fully meet the duties and responsibilities of the position. · Candidate have to handle plant independently.
