Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER NIGERIA/GHANA FOR PHARMA Having a good knowledge of finished Pharmaceutical formulations. . Understand in depth, the role of sales team & lead the entire team. . Strong team work & networking skills. . Have 5 - 15 years of experience in sales &marketing (international market preferable) . Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Oral & Written in English). . Critical thinking &problem-solving skills. . Complete analyze primary and secondary sales operation. . Proactive, innovative and open minded with sound people management skills. . Increase market share & volume through successful implementation of sales plan and brand Marketing strategies. . Surpass sales target across regions and ensure stock availability through efficient control of Distribution network. . Work Location: WEST AFRICA (Ghana, Nigeria) Required Candidate profile · Candidate should be ready to relocate to West Africa. · Bachelor Accommodation is provided by company. · Candidate has to sign 2 years work visa contract with the company.
