Production Planner

Job Description : Production Planner Salary - AED 20,000 plus benefits Location - Dubai A leading multinational company within the chemicals industry is seeking to recruit a Production Planner for their Dubai Office. Responsibilities: - Work towards improving sales forecasts and hitting organizational targets. - Plan and develop the weekly and monthly production schedules based on the order book - Monitor workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery. - Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met. - Modify Production Schedules based on the machine downtime, material availability - Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality. - Develop and manage the Master Schedule and all sub schedules in accordance with customer demands and resource availability/capacity - To carry out production progress monitoring to ensure the Production orders are done as per the given plan and to initiate the counter measure action whenever it is lacking. - Coordinate with Manager to develop and execute production plan. - Provide longer-term forecasts, trends, and production flow reports for long term resource planning to production and senior management team. Requirements: - Bachelors/Master's plus Certified in Production and Inventory Management - A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience - Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Navision, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Power BI. - MRP Implementation - Knowledge of plastic extrusion, LEAN, Six Sigma would be an added advantage
