Job Description : HEAD OF CREDIT AND RISK MANAGEMENT BURMA 15-20 years experience Major Responsibilities shall be : 1. Demonstrated competence in steering Operations Credit, Collections and Customer Service. 2. Handled Nation wise business of tractor / two wheeler / three wheeler / commercial vehicles finance vertical to profitable level with good business & clean portfolio. 3. Coordination with Credit, Operation & Collection team for prompt services to client by providing quick TAT. 4. Deep knowledge in Agri Finance and Tractor Finance and commercial vehicle finance for Life cycle management. 5. Distinction of constantly reducing turnaround/cycle time 6. Built Organisational capability and managed change while driving large projects of varying scale and complexity. 7. Organize and manages Rural Operations, Transaction level Reconciliation, Settlement, Dispute Vendor Management 8. Deft in handling operations in compliance to the rules and regulations laid by various governing bodies
