10 yearsJob Description : REGIONAL HR DIRECTOR SINGAPORE This role leads the HR function for Asia. In this business critical role, you will report to the Chief People and Culture Officer and work closely with the global, regional leaders and support with the overall HR strategy and people plan for the region. Oversee the HR function in Asia Lead the HR strategy and people plan for the region Work closely with the Chief People and Culture officer to align HR policies and processes according to global policies, and continuously develop, review and implement appropriate changes where necessary Provide consultative HR advise to local and regional business leaders and facilitate effective implementation of people management initiatives Manage complex ER matters, while maintaining confidentiality Coach and guide senior leadership team in leadership capabilities Lead and own regional ED&I, Talent Development and Culture programmes To succeed in this Regional HR Director role, you will need to have a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, providing dynamic solutions using data analysis and organisational agility to guide decision making and the overall HR strategy. At least four years of experience as a HR Director At least 10 years of HR business partnering and generalist experience is essential Experience in driving change and implementing HR strategy Proactive and creative to share new ideas and provide HR solutions Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask Ability to handle difficult conversations and employee relation matters
