Senior Project Manager

Job Description : SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER MALAYSIA In this role, you will be working alongside the Head of Transformation Office in driving end-to-end delivery aligned to the business's transformation agenda. Manage the project scope to be delivered via base-lining and change control process which is complex or at large skill impacting more than one business function and/or with minimum investment of RM5 million Identify and manage risks and issues with proper documentation up to closure Identify and manage project dependencies from scope, timeline, budget and resource aspects Lead and direct a project resource team to deliver successful via mentoring and coaching skills Ensure effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members are maintained Ensure project documentations are made and safe-kept for audit purposes Recruit project resource internally or externally by conducting interview/participating in candidate selection processes Propose continuous improvement on project management process/practice and share with peers/junior project managers for use Define, track and communicate a consistent and effective manner and incorporating effective change and risk management controls at project level To be successful in this role, you must be experienced with project management or Agile methodology. Certified Prince2, Agile Project Management, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Programme Management Professional (PgMP) is required Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, business operations, management or project leadership More than five years project/programme management experience with waterfall or agile implementation methodology and preferably in business transformation, change management, process re-engineering and new technology implementation Good understanding of insurance business and management principles Experience in CRM/customer experience related project is an advantage
