Meet aggressive deadlines by ensuing timely completion of manpower requirements both for Operations and Main office support units Spearhead and regularly convenes the management in the regular talent succession planning and performance validation in ensuring a sustainable and viable country talent bank Conduct orientation of learning & development plan preparation and assists leaders in monitoring the completion of the agreed L&D plans Conducts review or development of HR policies based on observations, trends, and directions Ensure that the basic labor standards are complied with based on local ordinances, regulations, or laws Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource At least 10-15 years of work experience; 4 years of which as generalist in human resources management Local UAE experience QSR/semi casual dining is an advantage
