Job Description : BUSINESS UNIT HEAD, NIGERIA P&L Head for a reputed manufacturer of exercise books. Manage the manufacturing, procurement, planning and the entire P&Lfor the book manufacturing business in Nigeria. Oversee and coordinate the day to day activities of company and ensure alignment with theoverall goals and objectives. Key Competency requirement Bachelor of Engineering or Chartered accountant with MBA. Minimum of 12to 18years of experience in driving manufacturing business Ideally experience in heading printing and packaging business. Proven track record in managing, leading and developing a large team of people. A traceable track record of continuous improvement projects and increasing efficiency andproductivity in a plant. Excellent people manager with strong organizational, planning and communication skills.
