Job Description : Head of Quality Assurance at Bangladesh 1. Minimum 15 years' Quality related working experience 2. Seasoned and matured professional 3. Experienced in an apparel manufacturing environment 4. Experienced in outerwear manufacturing a must 5. Develop long term strategies in Quality. 6. Act as the chief representative of the Operations on Quality matters. 7. Gatekeeper on all internal and external communications regarding Quality. 8. Keep abreast of all relevant customer requirements and industry trends. Highlight implications to top management accordingly. 9. Continuously improve the Quality structures to deliver the best outcome. 10. Perform regular review and update internal Quality related guidelines and requirements. 11. Compile and conduct Quality related trainings to the operating units. 12. Develop strong and self-managed local team and structure. 13. Work on any other initiatives as aligned with top management.
