Job Description : FC DRC FOR CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS Chartered Accountant with 8 to 12 yrs experience in Construction Industry. - Prepare monthly financial report and progress of company. - Manage and oversee the daily operations and cash management of the finance/accounting department - Prepare budgets, projections, costing, P&L, Balance sheet etc - Preparing financials, projected cash flows and analyzing accounting data from the financials - Manage and control company finances overall. - Group Accounts up to finalization & Weekly, Monthly MIS, Cash Flow, Reports to the Management. - Handling a team members of 7 members. Inter-Cos Monthly Reconciliations & Bank Reconciliations, Management of All Vendors payments on time, Follow up with Receivables. Assisting in Payroll Management. Dealing with Banks
