Job Description : Finance Manager with Min 12 years in Travel Industry for a Large group company in Oman. Minimum Qualifications: · CA /equivalent · Minimum Experience -12-15 Years, preferably from the Travel & Tourism/ OTA Industry. Ø Management Accounting - Financial Reporting & Analysis-Taxation –VAT, GST Ø Business Case Modelling – Commercial Analysis -MIS Reporting & Documentation. Ø Regulatory Reporting - Fund Management - Stakeholder Management. Ø Skilled in monitoring & preparation of consolidated Statutory Books of Accounts. Ø Regulatory Reports and Statutory Compliance's (Tax, VAT, and GST). Ø Variance analysis for facilitating decision-making process. Ø Ability to work with multiple stakeholders / tasks proactively within prescribed deadlines. Ø Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making and leadership skills. Ø Adaptability and to be updated with business developments across various industries. Ø Ability for positioning and competitive analysis of the designated market
