Finance Controller

Job Description : Financial Controller for a group Company into Distribution & Trading for their office in Uganda. CA Intermediate / CMA/ICWA with African market experience is a must into Distribution & Trading for 10+yrs in total Responsibility: • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting • High-level financial reporting and analysis • Accounts finalization & MIS reporting • Regular budget consolidation • Cash flow management/Treasury Operations, Lesioning with the bankers. • Ensuring Internal control and internal checks in the system • Debt management and collection • Preparing company tax and Financial statements • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations • Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice • Stock Counting and Warehouse management Knowledge and Experience: • Minimum 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience, Africa experience is must Exposure to SAP is an added advantage
