Job Description : CFO for Reputed Big Pharma Company @ Hyderabad Location Should be CA with 25 yrs Similar experience from Reputed Larger Pharma companies Preferred Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis , Treasury Operation including CDR , P&L ownership and management , Product Costing including critical pharmaceutical products , Budgeting, forecasting and Analysis , USGAAP, IFRS and Indian GAAP Organizational Re-engineering ERM Framework and Risk Assessment – especially in Pharmaceutical space Automation and system implementation Internal Control Over Financial Reporting Merger & Acquisition Integration Experience Business Valuation Commercial Negotiation and Deal Making Age not More than 52 yrs Salary Range : 2.00 to 3.00 CPA
