Regional Finance Director

Job Description : REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR SINGAPORE This is a newly created role directly reporting to the VP Finance, Global in managing all finance matters in SEA and other emerging markets. You will be a key business partner to Regional President, Commercial leaders and Operations head in formulating strategies for growth and driving key metrics to achieve business objectives and profitability goals. You will be instrumental in the set up of the Financial & Management reporting function across the region, drive standardisation of policies and processes for reporting purposes to the Senior Management team. You will be required to set-up legal entities, standardise ERP systems across different countries and support in all M&A and treasury management areas as the business grows in the region. · Degree qualified with more than 12 years of working experience in SAAS/e-commerce/digital sector · An experienced finance business partner in supporting a high growth business achieve performance targets, challenges status quo and identifies opportunities for growth · Strong leadership experience in building and scaling teams through remote management · Ability to converse in Mandarin to work with stakeholders in China will be necessary · Highly motivated individual, independent and hands-on will be crucial · Confident communicator with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders with different cultural background
