Job Description : HR HEAD AUSTRALIA Full spectrum strategic HR management for multiple business entities Directly reporting to the Executive Team Work with a top Financial Services firm Work with one of Australia's top listed financial services firms, comprised of Insurance brokers and underwriters across the ANZ region. Reporting in to the General Counsel this role represents a true business partnering opportunity with a seat at the table of the senior leadership team in an organisation that values people and culture. Provide full spectrum strategic support and guidance across HR operations to multiple business entities Australia wide. Ensure smooth, efficient and timely execution of all HR transnational processes including but not limited to; employee on boarding/off boarding, Preparation of HR Reports, Performance Management Administration and Learning & Development Administration etc. Maintain a sound understanding and knowledge of Australian employment legislation and apply these operationally. Strategic partnering with the executive team to provide guidance on day-to-day HR-related queries while taking into account best practices and legislative framework. Provide project management and efficient support for HR projects and for HRIS system implementation At least 15 years generalist HR experience Well versed in HRIS systems and general MS office Applications Hands on and positive working attitude Resourceful, meticulous, detail- oriented, confident and must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity and proficiency in Employment Hero as an HRIS would be advantageous
