Job Description : FACTORY MANAGER NIGERIA FOR AGRI ( IBADAN) 15+ years experience Lebanese company Leadership responsibility for the overall plant operations to make sure all plant functions operate optimally to achieve the business objectives Develop policies and procedures applied such as employment policies or safety procedures To plan, direct, organize, coordinate, control all the functions of the unit, with specific focus to the Engineering, Production, Procurement and Logistics Responsibility for operational efficiency, process improvements, governance and compliance (as per both internal and external guidelines) within the plant Ensure operative processes are finished at a previously agreed-upon time Conduct cost estimates and budget planning, Monitor the budget, as well as costs and expenses, and Forecast the budget development continuously To ensure the quality of the product and the plant To manage all the legal and statutory compliance of the unit Collect data and statistics to test and evaluate in order to generate assertions and pattern predictions, with the aim of discovering useful information in a decision-making process Manage quality standards as per benchmark / standards set Manage over operations involved in production planning including, manpower management, supplies and up-time of equipment. Oversee production of various chemicals, implementing plans with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets within the cost parameters Liaise with managers of other departments ensuring effective service and communication
