Qualifications :- BTech & MBA Exp :- 15 To 20 Years. working in a manufacturing facility across maintenance, projects, plant operations and other verticals Job Description:- 1.Plant head for handling and managing instate manufacturing facilities 2. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans at the plant so as to attain the productivity and cash profit targets 3. Organize and control all production operations within the plant to achieve all output targets in terms of quantity, quality, productivity, efficiencies and customer satisfaction 4.Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, energy and capital 5.Ensure 100% compliance to all statutory requirements 6. Provide leadership to all functions within the plant to ensure plant objectives are met
