Job Description : GM-Injectable Production Formulations for Global MNCPharma company at Bangalore JD as follows Position Title : General Manager Production – Specialty Formulation Facility Function : Production INJ Location : Bengaluru-Manufacturing-Complex II-SFF Facility Should be Graduate / Post-Graduate in Pharmacy with 18-25 years experience in Injectable Manufacturing Pharma companies only The incumbent must have experience and exposure of handling regulated plants of high standards catering to US and Europe. Must have a Shop Floor experience in Injectable manufacturing lines in various formulations -Liquid vial, Lyophilized, prefill syringes (PFS) , Dry powder parenteral( DPP) etc . Must have thorough knowledge in automated manufacturing process lines Must have good expertise in trouble shooting and enhanced productivity management. Must have adequate experience in planning and execution of batches based on change over times and process times. Must have experience of running the plant independently and should be able to drive entire team of production and other sections except QA/QC. Hands on training in establishing the new lines/ units would be desirable. Must be able to liaise across various regulatory agencies and should be a decision maker. Must have thorough understanding of engineering concepts, ETP, Safety and Economics associated with day-to-day operations Must have dealt with audits of all capacities and should be able to establish a strong fool proof system. Expertise in data integrity management would be essential. Must have adequate knowledge on various regulatory requirements . irecting a workforce of 800+ members comprising few direct reports Practices for staff to ensure achievement of overall business objectives, streamlining operations, decreasing downtime, reducing labor cost, improving quality and increasing productivity. Conceptualizing and implementing an innovative technology strategy supporting business development needs and market growth at a domestic & international level. Run operational reviews along with cross functional teams and provide updates to senior management on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually targets and expenses. Ensure adequate training & developmental opportunities are provided to employees in order to equip them to perform their job better and enable them to take up greater responsibilities in future. Practices for staff to ensure achievement of overall business objectives. Providing strategic direction in spearheading all CAPEX and strategic projects for SFF Vertical.
