Job Description : EXPATRIATE PRODUCTION MANAGER NIGERIA Role: Manager: Production Manager - Pvc pipes and Extrusion Location: Nigeria Salary: Offshore + local Accommodation: Bachelor , a multinational company is urgently seeking to hire an Expatriate Production Manager. Responsibilities: • Responsible for inspect import raw materials of supplier and their quality, customer quality satisfaction & in process quality audit • Successfully handling all testing machines • Material inspection - incoming & in-house • Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, insuring ad-hence to quality standards, norrns, & taking corrective action • To conduct daily internal rejection • Responsible for good quality of the part of all production process, and overall quality from inward outward in the plant • Successfully handle of manpower and their related problem • Knowledge of Plastics compounding using high speed mixers and processing pararneters for compounding • Manufacturing of RPVC pipes, Elec.Conduit Pipes, Single & Twin-screw ext-ruder handling & maintain color matching • Parameter setting and die setting of machines • Thickness controlled and different size thickness formulation • Modification of Compounds & process systems to achieve better production to customers satisfactions Requirernents: • Graduate/Post graduate/ Diploma in engineering • Minimum 10 years of work experience • Nigeria experience is mandatory • Basic knowledge of Computer including internet, SAP, M. S. Word & M S Excel.
