Job Description : Accounts Manager for Central Africa Location Company: Mining & Mineral Processing Company Location: Central Africa Position: Accounts Manager (Projects) Work Experience: 8+ years Qualification : CA / CMA / ICWAI – (Qualified / Inter) Job Description Accounts 1. Daily monitoring of accounts department 2. Verification of Approval Notes / P O authorisations / Voucher authorisations 3. Planning and monitoring project payments. 4. Group company reconciliations & Clearance of GIT & Other accounting activities 5. Project costing, cost monitoring and cost analysing 6. Participate in preparation of financials and capitalization of completed projects Stores 1. Co-ordination with Store to ensure timely cost booking of material movements. 2. Monitoring stores issues to make sure booking of expenses in respective cost centers. 3. Monitoring of physical verification of inventory with book stock. Finance 1. Verification of Budget / Updating Budget in to Accounting system / Monitoring Budget 2. Prepare Weekly / Monthly Cash Flow / Planning and execution of treasury activities 3. Support work for preparation of various project MIS
