Terminal Manager

Job Description : TERMINAL MANAGER HAITI 10-15 years experience An LPG import and storage terminal In HAITI ( Caribbean Country)with a total capacity of1,200,000 gallons comprised of 10 mounted storage bullets with the highest level of "special protection", as determined by NFPA 58, to ensure theseamless supply of LPG to the Haitian domestic market. 1. In charge of all the office work to be performed, such as invoices, reports, inventory and other functions that may be defined as the need arises. 2. Ensures that plant personnel perform all duties following all of the safety procedures established. 3. Responsible for all plant operations including but not limited to plant maintenance, inspections, and code compliance 4. Responsible for all of the plant installation, making sure that the area is kept clean and safe. 5. Responsible for the maintenance and good operating conditions of vehicles assigned to the plant. 6. Responsible for the conciliation of product inventories on the plant. 7. Responsible for the material and parts inventories. 8. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of all plant equipment, such as LPG pumps and compressor, generators, weigh bridge, truck loading racks, etc. 9. Responsible for organizing and supervising employees daily assignments and duties. 10. Responsible for reporting any equipment defects or damage. 11. Coordinates with maintenance engineer any major work to be performed at the plant. 12. Supervises and coordinates the discharge of LPG from the ships. 13. Performs any other duties that are related to his functions or that may in the future be assigned to him. 14. Coordinates with maintenance engineer the request of materials to be kept in stock. Required Candidate profile Good leadership and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.) English language required.
