Financial Controller

Job Description : FC ZAMBIA Duties/Responsibilities: • Directs or do preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, Costing, shareholder reports, tax returns etc. • Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets. • Reviews & Prepare Costing of Current and New Manufacturing Product • Analyzes operations to identify areas in need of reorganization & Make Standard Operating Process accordingly. • Ensure no Financial Loss due to lack of Process or Controls in the systems • Works with the Management and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for Strategic Initiatives • Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas. • Raise additional capital-Debt & Equity for expansion. Required Skills/Abilities: • Excellent management and supervisory skills. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills. • Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required. • CA /ACCA/ICWA/Law Degree will be preferred • 10 Years of Experience
