Job Description : Vice President Compliance with a Leading MNC FinTech Company Location : Dubai Key Responsibilities: Guide the Company Group’s compliance efforts and help the Group and its subsidiaries understand the regulations applicable to them. Update internal policies and procedures in line with any new or proposed changes in standards, legislation, and regulatory notifications. Identify and assess compliance risks. Develop strategies for mitigating potentially damaging compliance and regulatory actions. Share detailed risk reports. Create a holistic compliance framework in collaboration with our Head of Compliance and our Compliance teams worldwide. Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry standards organisations as necessary. Create and implement strategies for monitoring compliance, audits, reviews, and action plans. Assist in developing the annual compliance work plan and periodically revise it to keep pace with new regulatory requirements. Key Skills: University degree in law, criminology, or a related field 15+ years of experience in a compliance role Deep understanding of Corporate law, AML, and other relevant legislation Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies Solid understanding of legal requirements and controls Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Work experience in the fintech industry Experience with multi-site collaboration over different time zones
