Job Description : IT Manager Reporting to – CFO Location – Dubai, UAE Job Responsibility: Full management of all infrastructure, ensuring smooth running of all systems Management of all security issues, including backup strategy Ensure remote access for all external users Backup-up systems and management Integration of IFS with other application Management of IFS applications and database Maximize functionalities and develop capability of IFS applications Full support to system users, including training and report customizations as required Line management responsibility for IT technician Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation Control of IT costs to agreed budgets Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization with respect to commercial matters and optimization of IT solutions Ad hoc system requirements as arising Required: Education/Qualification: Excellent knowledge of IT software (ERP/IFS/Sales force, etc.), Post-graduation preferred (with IT related certification)
