Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO UAE FOR AUTO 20+ years experience to oversee the whole function of the department and plan the organization’s financial strategy. A CFO must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. The goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth. Follows the major duties of a CFO: JOB RESPONSIBLITIES 1. Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team. 2. Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team. 3. Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting. 4. Advising on long-term business and financial planning. 5. Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders 6. Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports. 7. Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets. 8. Reviews planning process and suggests improvements to current methods. 9. Analyses operations to identify areas in need of reorganization, downsizing, or elimination. 10. Works with the CEO and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process. 11. Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share. 12. Oversees investment of funds and works with investment bankers. JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Proven experience as Chief Financial Officer/CFO 2. Master degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is a strong advantage. 3. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices 4. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods 5. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management softwares 6. Ability to strategize and solve problems 7. Strong leadership and organizational skills 8. Excellent communication and people skills 9. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
