Head of Finance

Job Description : HEAD OF FINANCE UAE very well respected company in Dubai, who are looking to continue their dominance and growth in the region. The position we have been assigned is to find their next Head of Finance. The position will partner with a number of C Suite and VP level executives in the business. The main duties of the role will be to oversee the full finance division, and lead from the front. You will be expected to streamline processes from the top, and partner with other senior management members to drive further growth. Experience: · Professionally Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or other relevant financial qualification · Excellent track record of managing large finance divisions · Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills · Experience of influencing at Executive level, with the ability to introduce new ways of thinking and drive change, and working with external stakeholders · Ability to manage a team, developing and coaching others in a constructive and positive way
