Job Description : CFO UAE CFO Salary Budget - 30K to 35K AED Qualifications · Strong finance-based analytical skills · 15+ years' of finance experience · Degree - CA · Must have Fund Raising Experience in UAE along with Taxation knowledge in addition to rest other CFO role basics The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the Managing Director and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. · Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO/MD · Support the financial planning and analysis efforts · Oversee cash flow, cash generation/fund raising, cash management, working capital, and company audits · Prepare financial statements and reports · Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions · Maintain appropriate insurance coverage · Ensure that the company is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements · Maintain relations with External auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations · Assist in transactional funding and fund raising of subsidiaries and associates · Explore different models of fund raising · Represents the company in efforts with investment bankers and potential investors
