Human Resources Head 
15 yearsJob Description : HR HEAD NIGERIA FOR MINING AND METAL BUSINESS 15-20 years experience USD 5-6K per month Nigeria based large operating company in upstream Oil & Gas. We are one of the most successful Oil & Gas companies operating in the region with sound financials, proven capabilities of a senior management team with a good vision to build a large organization having business interest in all aspects of Hydrocarbon space. · Ammonia · Urea · Methanol · PDH/PP · Ethane Cracker · LNG Liquefaction · Combined Cycle Gas based Power Plant We are also putting two more project in Nigeria · Renewable Energy (Hydro/Solar) · Metal & Mining The Role Responsibilities · Talent Acquisition: · Manpower Planning & Forecasting · Hire all High, Mid & Junior level positions for his BU (with dedicated TA team members having respective score cards) · Publish weekly/Monthly/Quarterly MIS & Dashboard reports · Maintain Hiring TATs as per agreed terms with Management · Create & run the Employee Referral program · Create database of crucial positions and have resumes in pipeline for fast closure of offers · Employee Business Partner: · Hire, Lead & Guide HRBPs under him · Onboarding & handholding of newly joined employees · Address all Employee grievances & issues pertaining to their employment · Work closely with HR Shared Services/Ticketing/Admin team to support the employees of his/her Business Unit · Have regular meetings with HODs of his respective BU to discuss & address work related challenges · Ensure discipline, HSE & and Code of Conduct policies are adhered by all employees of his BU · Employee Development/Retention: · Work closely with Head-TM for identification of Hi-potential employees, their career progression plan (IDPs) and training needs · Work closely with Head-C & B on salary benchmarks, promotions & increments to ensure employee retention Ideal Profile Skills Required · Excellent communicator – Both Verbal & Written · Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint · Should have handled large headcount in previous assignments · People focused & ability to enforce a positive work culture · Exposure to HR Automation & Digitization · Good PR Skills & Service Orientation · Understanding of any Psychometric tool will preferable · Ability to lead a dynamic team for pro-active HR delivery of services
