Finance Director

They are currently looking to hire a Finance Director to join their team. Job Description Strategy (35%): · Contribution to Group's strategic management through development and development Maintaining strategies, including financial and commerce the side of the · Participate in the role of leadership in future planning and effective daily life STS Group organization and related corporate activities including, business planning, policy making, financial forecasting and strategic decisions · Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to generate new revenue Stream and evaluate new projects and build new customer · Work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to generate new revenue, evaluate new projects, and build relationships with new Finance (35%): · Develop and implement an organization's overall financial strategy and have effective overall management and control of all capital and income budget to ensure financial resilience. · Responsible for the financial aspects of any strategic projects aimed at increasing the organization's growth · To assure that appropriate financial and operational controls are in place for support of cost and income control, and for procedures to be followed, a comprehensive overview of all department's activities and budgets must be maintained · All departments, particularly the finance, procurement, and business development teams, must monitor and regulate the quality and cost-effectiveness of services offered. · All commercial resources and budgets are effectively managed and controlled. · To work closely with all department heads to guarantee accurate, timely, and accessible reporting. · Oversee all accounting functions, including billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue reconciliation. · Maintain a current understanding of financial, tax, administration, and operational best practices and ensure that the organization complies with all legal and statutory requirements. People (20%): · Supervising a team of 20 people, including 5-7 direct subordinates. · Promote a culture of change and development by championing and promoting it. Develop a high-performance culture centered on employee empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards, as well as collaboration. · To work with the Head of Human Resources to ensure that staffing levels are maintained, as well as to recruit effective staff as needed, in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. · To successfully manage the team's performance by conducting yearly performance management reviews with the direct reports' team, ensuring that the department's objectives and key outputs are communicated throughout the department. · Collaborate with Human Resources and line managers to build an ongoing training program in accordance with business regulations, in order to develop all employees to appropriate standards. · On a frequent basis, communicate effectively with teams to ensure that information is shared is precise, timely, and unambiguous; it encourages team participation Additional Responsibilities (10%): · Promotion and adherence to the culture and values of the organization · Know, respect and implement the legal requirements in accordance with the general missions of this entity, in particular in terms of health and safety policies and procedures, data protection. · Perform any other duties assigned from time to time by the Executive Director on an ad hoc or ongoing basis in accordance with the general area of responsibility of the position. The Successful Applicant Requirements · University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Science or equivalent · MBA or MS/BS in Finance or Accounting (Preferred). · Professional accounting/finance membership such as CPA, CIA, CFA or equivalent. · The ability for strategic thinking/ability for critical and analytical thinking; · The flexibility of thinking, capacity to develop, and willingness to try new things. · 15+ years · Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Business Performance · Experience with creating financial statements · Extensive experience in financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, etc.) · Experience in implementing/improving financial systems. · Ability to communicate effectively. · Result orientated goal achievement. · Strict adherence to ethical standards. · Persuasiveness, the ability to influence other people.
