Job Description : Finance Manager for Kenya location Company Profile - Manufacturing Company (Preferred from PVC Pipe & Accessories) Location - Kenya Requirement :- Chartered Accountant (CA) Brief Job Description:- Reporting to the Management, the Finance Manager is responsible for finance portfolio covering all aspects of Finance and Accounts. Provide new ideas, innovations, improvements that result in growth of the business as well as efficient ways of working. The goal is to enable the company’s leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company’s objectives. · Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information · Predicting future financial trends · Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. · Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. · Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. · Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted · Producing financial reports related to budgets, production, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. · Developing long-term business plans based on these reports · Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets · Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk · Analysing market trends and competitors · Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. Dealing with Tax Authorities and ensure statutory compliances. · Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. · Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment and job sites.
