Job Description : CIVIL MANAGER INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS ABUJA NIGERIA 15-20 years experience Education: B. Tech/BE - Civil Engineering , Diploma- Civil Roles and Responsibilities · Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion · Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs · Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations · Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors · Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory · Meet contractual conditions of performance · Review the work progress on daily basis · Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status · Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones · Analyse, manage and mitigate risks · Ensure quality structural fabrication and the use of proper construction techniques. Requirements and skills · Candidate should be from steel Industry. · Should have handled various structural Industrial Projects. · Proven working experience in Civil Project management of any steel Industry. · Advanced knowledge of Civil Project management processes, means and methods · Understanding of all facets of the construction process · Excellent time and project management skills · BE or Diploma in architecture, engineering or related field.
