Job Description : HEAD FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS GUJRAT Desired Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience & currently working on Head Position in Manufacturing company Desired Qualification: The candidates must CA Job Type: Full-time Job Description: - Participate in business planning and strategy formulation exercises of the company. - Ensure the overall internal control system in the company is working effectively and efficiently. - Participate in preparation of the overall annual budget of the company in association with other members of top management. - Treasury and risk management - Finalizing the funding arrangement of the company. - Ensuring timely closure of books of accounts and preparation and adoption of financial statements. - Good working knowledge of all taxation - direct tax, indirect tax, VAT. - Must possess knowledge of costing - Job costing, product and process costing. - Must have knowledge of variance analysis. - Must have knowledge and experience of financial planning, forecasting & MIS. - Ability to handle a team of Accounts, SAP, Purchase. - Must have good knowledge of overall purchasing from financial point of view, - Strategic Financial Management - Financial Leadership and Management - Risk/Compliance and Asset Management - Stakeholder and Relationship Management - Monthly GST computation & payments and return filing - Monthly provision of Fixed deposit Interest and interest provisioning - Maintaining Fixed Assets Register and depreciation accounting - Periodic Ledger scrutiny - Receivables management and cash flow management - Reconciliations - TDS accounting & 26AS reconciliations. - IRDA filings & audit, Management and Internal audit, statutory audits, Due diligences and certifications - Monthly MIS management. - Statutory Compliance, Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions - Manage relationships with banks. - Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. - Manager account of Group Company and promoters.
