10 yearsJob Description : Country Manager Location: Manama, Bahrain * Will involve frequent travel to Kuwait Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B sales of SERVICES Education: Masters degree Key responsibilities: Sales and business development – Achieving revenue, profit, and other targets as defined in the KPI and in charge of expanding operations in Bahrain & Kuwait. Having a good understanding of business and executing sales plans strategically. Devising methods to drive business; identifying and developing new business opportunities to enhance the company's suite of products and services. Deliver the best offerings to customers by deploying a 360-degree approach. Networking and relationship management with a focus on increasing revenue. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Government Agencies like Central Banks, the Public Sector, Financial Institutions, Chambers of Commerce, Company Registry, and Fortune 500 Companies. People and team management – Working closely with different business functions to assess market trends, analyze competitor activities, and cater to client requirements. Coordinating with various departments internally and with external stakeholders Building an organization’s image through collaboration with customers, employees, government, and other partner organizations.
