Financial Controller

Job Description : FC NIGERIA · Timely preparation of quarterly monthly management accounts, monthly profit & loss Account and quarterly budgets · Analyzing Management Accounts and prepare exceptional report · Product cost and profitability analysis · Timely preparation of monthly MIS · Setting up a system to separate cash flows from different activities · Credit Risk management and Credit control · Co-ordinate with Unit CEO to ensure the operation requirements are met effectively · Lenders relationship management · Currency Risk management · Ensure implementation of ERP · Providing support to Unit CEO in cost control · Operational and External Risk Management · Effective management of working capital requirements · Ensuring KRAs for the finance/ Accounts function are effectively met · Provide support to Auditors and ensure compliance with Internal Audit Reports · Formalizing control matrix and periodical review of control matrix · Develop an Accounting Manual · Training and Development of Finance/ Accounts Manpower · Periodic Performance evaluation of Finance/ Accounts Manpower · Compliance with all statuary requirements Desired Candidate Profile · A Chartered Accountant/ ACCA with at least 10 years of experience ( at least 5 years of heading Finance Function of reasonable size manufacturing Unit). · Having Experience of managing Banking relationships · Experience of managing Treasury Function · Should have experience of handling implementation of ERP · Maturity and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position
