15 yearsJob Description : HR DIRECTOR VIETNAM As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading HR strategies and operation for the business and drive the changes for its next phase of digital transformation. Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or speciality group regarding key organisational and management issues Strategic support on HR fundamentals and organisation effectiveness Partnering with high-level business leaders in delivering the business outcome Adapt the people strategies to its digitisation To succeed in the HR Director role, you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skill and build constructive working relationships across the company. Bachelor's or Master degree in business administration, human resources or related majors 15+ years' working experience in the human resources management, preferably in FMCG and related sector Change management skill and innovative mindset is desired Familiarity with Vietnamese laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment Strong organisational and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
