Senior Accountant

Job Description : SENIOR ACCOUNTANT GHANA Candidate must have experience of construction industry. Must have commerce background(B.COM,MCOM, MBA , CA) Performs related duties and responsibilities as required. Maintains the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances, prepares expenditure reports Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries. Prepares, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts. Should have extensive knowledge working in Tally and Excel sheet. Should have knowledge in preparing for Client Bills/Invoices and communication. Bank Reconciliation Able to handle PF,ESIC,PT & MLWF payments & returns able to Handle Monthly Expense Assist in Audit Vendor Reconciliation Communication skill Looking for an accountant with thorough knowledge on Tally ERP 9 Should have in-depth knowledge of Service Tax, Sales Tax, Income Tax, TDS, MIS, Budgeting, ESI, PF, Excise Should have a minimum experience of 7 years, handled large set of contracting agencies Spoken and written English should be good Perform general accounting and other related duties in daily administration of the accounting department Maintain general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly, and setting up new accounts Monitor accounts receivables collection from individuals and/or institutions, interface with bank; reconcile customer accounts; may also require booking of sales Maintain accounting records for fixed assets Other duties as assigned.
