Job Description : CFO DUBAI International CFO, Crypto based gaming company, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Looking for an International CFO who is well connected to the private equity, investment banking community and investors, for an upcoming NFT crypto based gaming company to be headquartered out of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The vision is to to attract millions of players who can get a new stream of income and become a top #3 NFT game in the world and among the top in market capitalization in two years. The promoters have extensive years of experience in multiple areas and have a top notch team in place and are in the process of engaging with potential investors. Looking for a candidate who can help raise funds pitching alongside the promoters to international investors and once successful, be on-boarded as the CFO. Key responsibilities: 1. Raise funds to the tune of USD 15M to start with, leveraging and further improvising the business plan document. Towards this, be ready to be part of the core team pitching to investors and make the fund inflow happen. Officially, on-boarding as the CFO to happen immediately post the inflow. 2. Interact with the investor community on a regular basis providing them with required reports and updates 3. Ensure that the business strategy is translated into action, from a financial perspective. This requires a fairly good business understanding of the blockchain and crypto world. 4. Contract with the India based vendor organization appropriately and ensure timely payments to them 5. Interact with the India based development team of the vendor organization for required inputs 6. Ensure appropriate compliances at all levels 7. Perform a paralegal role 8. Manage business risks 9. Manage cash flows and profitability targets 10. Outsource non-core activities 11. Maintain on-going relationships with banks and financial institutions 12. Optimize taxes by structuring the global organization appropriately The compensation will be industry standard and more importantly provide a very high upside by being able to be part of the core team eligible for wealth creation through participation in crypto based tokens which have very high growth over time.
