Sales Director

Job Description : Director Of Sales USA Company is committed to providing the finest ingredients, operational knowledge, and uncompromised support to foodservice operations across the US. Our client is into culinary experts and skilled product developers partner closely with foodservice professionals to generate creative, branded sweets and chocolates that address a wide variety of needs. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. Position Summary The Director Of Sales has primary responsibility for the development and execution of the channel marketing and commercial execution plan for the brand professional sweets category (sweet, chocolates, dispensed and standard). This role is a key interface marketing category leads and the VP of Sales FMCG as well as the other Sales Division leads. This position will work closely with various sales teams to coordinate the development of customer pipeline and execution of sales execution plans that are aligned with strategic marketing initiatives. The role is intended to prioritize channel and customer opportunities, and develop 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership position in an FMCG company preferably with background experience in Finance · Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous. · In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. · Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market. · Proven leadership skills in building and managing teams · Excellent analytical and negotiation skills are required. · Critical thinker with problem-solving skills · Team player · Good time-management skills · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · BA in a business related field, Masters degree is a plus. Salary - $200,000 - $250,000 + benefits Report to Commercial Director
