Plant Manager

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER NIGERIA Responsible for the operations of a large bottling plant, maximizing the efficiencies and material yields within a set framework of quality standards. Deliver the production volume targets at all times, with the optimal manpower and material cost. As well as the operations, the Plant Manager will also be responsible for the organizational structure of the plant, ensure that GMP takes place and that all controls within the plant are enforced. Minimum of 20 years experience in performing production and engineering management in a food/beverage company. At least 10 years experience in a beverage/bottling company preferably as Factory Manager/ Plant Manager of a MEGA Plant (More than 8 lines) .
