Job Description : PLANT HEAD INDIA leading Automotive filter and components manufacturing organization to identify Head Plant for their plant in Pantnagar – Uttarakhand. Candidates from similar industries will be preferred. Experience – Incumbent must have 15-20 years of relevant experience in Plant production and operation management. Preferably from filter Industry. Age should be – 40 -45 years. Key skills – · Expertise in entire plant operations including vendor Negotiation & management/ SCM/ Quality etc. · Expertise in team handling · Experience in handling plant production, commercial and vendor management. · Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills are necessity for the role. Qualification – B.E /B. tech -Mechanical Engineering and MBA CTC should not be a challenge for deserving candidate.
