Job Description : OPERATIONS DIRECTOR VICTORIA AUSTRALIA Do you want to have the opportunity to sell locally made ‘Worlds Best’ and ‘Canadian Best’ single malt whiskies and great craft beers in our local B.C. market? located in Victoria has multiple gold medal ‘World Whiskies Awards’ products and is looking for a Director of Operations. Reporting to the CEO you will have overall responsibilities for the distilling and brewing operation. Responsibilities · Responsible for distilling operation including the craft beer production side of the business. · Safety focused, · Team development and team building · Work with contract manufacturers and negotiate agreements on product delivery · Build out KPIs and Metrics · Operational budgets along with CAPEX responsibilities · Oversite of purchasing and inventory manageme 10 plus years of leadership experience · Large scale beverage production is an asset · Mechanical or Chemical Engineering education · Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
